For my 3rd Van build, I decided it was time to walk away from plywood. The interior of this van was made with aluminum walls and roof. The tub is the only item that remains stainless steel through all the builds. Maintenance of the linex is easy, simply use a garden hose to wash everything down. Drains in the floor help water run out of the van, and having the electrical outlets on the top area vs the closer to the ground , allow for you to wash the walls worry free. Although the lights are hanging and might be an issue for a taller groomer, having them like this makes replacement a breeze. The combination of the v6 diesel on this sprinter, the space inside, the capacity for cargo, the overall length of the vehicle and the comfortable drive, made this van by far, my favorite van of all. There was only 2 things I would have liked differently, 1) a factory back up camera that displayed on the radio screen (vs it displaying on the tiny rearview mirror), and 2) A regular shifter on the dashboard (vs the electrical tiny one by the steering wheel).

Trying to save on storage/tool chest, I went with this harbor freight brand. It worked ok, but I changed to Milwaukee a couple months later.
The partition with the door is great, but also terrible. It is awesome for not having to walk all the way around the vehicle when arriving or leaving a customers home. The bad side, it makes noise while driving, and dog hair will get in the cabin area no matter what you do.
Here's a picture of the cabin area clean. Believe me, doesn't last more than a day.
These LED lights are vapor tight and easily replaced as they are available in store usuallty at both lowes and home depot .
As you can see, the white linex looks great even after a few years as long as you wash it properly and take care of it. See mistakes page for context.

The Batteries in this build were easily placed in this storage box to keep them from the elements.
The size of the box around the Generator allow for sufficient space to do regular maintenance, but for some of the more in depth maintenance , you must remove the generator, and having a large box definitely helps.
